Nice place for few hours layover, but not more than that.

A great space to relax before a flight. The staff are amazing and worth the membership alone. They have helped me multiple times with flight changes and cancellations/delays. Additionally, the full bar is a nice place to grab a drink before your flight.

Very small, no one to really clean. Fine if you just want quiet and place to maybe close your eyes

Nice Lounge. When I was there and I know it depends on the timing but there were plenty of places to sit. And as usual their coffee is fantastic.

Recently switched loyalty from Delta to American. I really appreciate that American has a lounge in St. Louis. The food assortment is a little more limited than other Admiral's Club locations but the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I have always been able to get assistance right away. The staff do their best to keep this place tidy despite American not spending money to replace things that are worn. The Admiral's Club is a refuge from the rest of the airport and a place where I can get work done or relax before flights. I definitely recommend it.
