1. Convenient for traveling with pets 2. 90 minute delay, which was a blessing because historically they are far worse. So expect them and pack snacks. 3. Price gouging for water. 5-9.00 per bottle at the terminal and warm water flowing from the drinking fountain. 4. They served rancid snacks on the flight (multiple of us told them). But they refused to give us a drink of water to get rid of the rancid taste. Luckily, they did smell the rancid snacks and hung a sign of the locker that said “do not use” so hopefully no one else had to scrounge around for a mint like I did. You are definitely flying a budget airline here and you should plan accordingly. They do not care for your comfort and don’t mind serving rotten snacks because “hey, at least they were free” was my flight attendance response and flat out said no when I asked for a drink of water or ice.

Was my go-to airline. Not no more. They changed my seats and moved my kids away from me. And refuse to switch seats or refund my money. They set four 10-year-old kids with strangers and separated the adults. Booked this flight 6 hours before it takes off and they stated I needed to give them 24 hours notice. How do you do that? Pick a different airline save yourself a headache. Other than that they've been wonderful

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do NOT waste your money or your vacation time with this airline. They are so unreliable. We bought our flights 6 months in advance to Florida and Allegiant changed our 3-6pm flight to a 9-11pm flight. Then we didn't end up leaving until after 11pm. They did the same thing to my son except his flight didn't leave until 2am. Everytime we have flown with Allegiant it has been delayed or cancelled. We will be flying Southwest going forward.

This flight was an absolute nightmare. We were first delayed an hour because an attendant overslept. Why doesn't Allegiant have a backup plan, like someone on-call so you don't have an entire flight of people delayed because someone can't seem to get out of bed?! Over an hour later we were finally allowed to board, and THAT'S when they decided to start running tests on the plane. Why couldn't they run the tests while we were all sitting in the terminal waiting for the sleepy flight attendant? At that point, they discovered something wrong with the airplane, which took another TWO HOURS to fix. Almost THREE HOURS after the flight was supposed to take off, they decided to refuel. Why couldn't they fuel the plane while they were working on it? This took another 25 minutes. The original time of departure was supposed to be 8:00am; we didn't lift off until 11:15, at which point the crew informed us that we still had to pay if we wanted anything to eat or drink. This isn't the first time we've had issues with Allegiant, but I guarantee this will be the last. This airline is a disaster.

Gate agent was friendly and offered to change my seat for free from a middle to an extra legroom exit row seat. Usually these seats would cost about double the standard seats on the plane. Allegiant gets a bad rep, but for a short flight - which most of their flights are - they are perfectly fine. Yes there are no outlets or wifi, but you are paying a low fare and know what you are getting.
