I always fly Allegiant when I am visiting my best friend in Tampa. I have not had any issues with this airline and will continue to use them. Their new Airbus a320 planes are nice and spacious.

Absolutly 0 stars. Arrived late for a minor child pickup from a different airline. Asked the alligent agents for assistance since they were the only ones at the counter at that time. As soon as I mentioned the other airline, all bets were off and no help offered besides "you can use the house phone to have them paged". I guarantee it because I didn't pay $10 for them to help me out. In Response: Allegiant, you are completely missing the point. You crappy service to regular customers causes you to be even more crappier to potential customers. It was an AIRPORT question. if your "associates" can't answer a simple airport question, then there are bigger issues. Especially when there were more "agents" than flyers at that point.

This was my First time to fly with Allegiant Airlines! My experience was so Awesome that we will be flying them Forever! Here is why, we were last flight out and it was a full flight. We have never seen such Compassion and Team work in all of our years flying! People were everywhere, babies crying, kids running around, older people in wheel chairs lots going on. Gate attendant was wheeling people to aircraft with a Smile on his face there were quite a few. We were flying priority front seats. We got on the plane while they were loading back to front. The flight attendants were just so friendly and helpful, kid's in their strollers with their handheld devices not wanting to get out of their strollers they just kept smiling and assisting with everyone to be safe on the flight. And then it happened!, up comes the gate attendant with a Very Very elderly woman she was in a wheelchair, (by the way was still smiling and jovial.) When they tried to assist this woman over the threshold she couldn't get up and do it they tried several times, she just was too shakey and scared. I was in shock in how feeble she was and appeared to be flying alone:( I started to tear up looking at my husband he knew how upsetting it was to me, but anyway they put her back in the wheelchair and I mean effortlessly turned her wheelchair backwards and cleared the way and got her back to her seat, lifted her and placed her gently in and put her seatbelt on! It took the gate attendant and 2 flight attendants. They are heroes to me I will Never forget them and how kind they were to this elderly Woman💖 We need more Kindness in this World like this! I LoVe Allegiant Airlines and will Never forget these 3 Allegiant employees and what I witnessed on this Flight home✈️✈️✈️✈️ Great Team work! Thank You for all that you do 🙏

Allegiant has a stupid policy. They won’t check you in until two hours prior to your departure. So if you get to the airport earlier than that, they make you sit in the uncomfortable chairs with no restaurants. They are already checking other people in who cares if they let you in to the main airport?
