An absolute wow experience! We had business class seats and the seats were immaculately clean! The service outstanding and the food superb!!!! We flew on Thai Airlines in business class the day prior and they were HORRIBLE!! The Japanese take pride in everything they do to give you the best experience - they get the highest of WOW!!! Fly with them - you won't be disappointed!

What a great flight, the airline was spectacular in all ways. I like to attention the detail that was provided during our trip. The entertainment provided was good. I like the fact that you could message seat to seat through your media device. I had plenty of room in my seat. The food came out in the timely manner. It was good. The flight was smooth. I had no problems during my entire experience with the airline. The stewardesses were fantastic. I thought I lost my wallet and they all helped me look for it even though they had other duties to provide. I will definitely take ANA airlines on my next trip to Japan .

I flew ANA business class recently and was extremely disappointed by the overall experience. My checked suitcase, which I had explicitly declared as fragile and there was a tag on it, was returned completely destroyed. One wheel was missing and another was ripped off entirely. The in-flight WiFi was horrible. It took me over 20 attempts to get it connected, and I couldn’t even send basic text messages. The food served onboard was shockingly bad for a business class flight. What made things worse was the poor customer support. Even though I now need to buy a new suitcase, ANA offered only $50 in compensation. And I needed to actively follow up on the process. Why do I need to partially cover the cost of a replacement? My suitcase was fully functional, large-sized, and fairly new before this stupid flight. Every response from customer service was focused solely on justifying their actions rather than actually helping resolve the issue. Their bot-like response surprisingly increased my stress level. I’m genuinely surprised by how far ANA’s service quality has declined. I always thought this was a company that prided itself on excellence, and I've been with ANA for many years—but that no longer seems to be the case.

Unlimited quality non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks including sake and their own lemonade blend. The food was delicious and they fed you often as well as distributed snacks like apples and crunchy rice crackers throughout the flight. The mackerel and beef hamburger steaks were all tasty but not gourmet or anything but I did notice that everything tasted good quality. They even serve Haagan Daas ice cream and Mario’s gelato. Pretty amazing airline food.

Flying with All Nippon Airways was such a great experience! The service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and super attentive throughout the entire flight. The food was surprisingly delicious for airline meals, with thoughtful options and great presentation. The flight itself was smooth and comfortable from takeoff to landing. Everything felt well-organized and stress-free. Definitely one of the best airlines I’ve flown with—would 100% fly ANA again!
