Cancelled flight last night after waiting at gate for 3 hours for mechanical issues. I been flying 30 years plus, many flights never had a cancelled one. Had a new booked flight meal voucher and was in my hotel room in under an hour. Not sure if flying First Class made a difference.......Thank you Alaska!

Arrives 2 hours before our flight (which is pretty standard) to check in and there is nobody at the check in counter. Called customer service and they said that the attendants only work 2:15pm to 6:30pm. So we got here early to wait on them.

Alaska Airlines was great. The app worked flawlessly. The check-in was great. The premium seating lounge was also excellent, with food, drinks, and comfortable seating. The 4 hour plane flight was good. Seats are comfortable, and there is plenty of leg room. Highly Recommend 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
