    After a stressful experience with another airline, flying with Alaska Airlines was a breath of fresh air. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in to boarding. Their kindness and attentiveness completely turned my day around and made my travel experience enjoyable. Big thanks to the Alaska Airlines team for restoring my faith in great customer service!

    My husband and I were on our 10 year anniversary vacation and Noel was able to get us better seats. She is kind, compassionate and you’re very lucky to have such a kind soul working for you. Thanks, Noel, you made our trip truly wonderful.

    The agents at this location are lazy and not helpful. The flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues, they showed no interest in helping, but told everyone to call customer service, customer service in turn redirected us to gate agent who was busy playing with her cell phone and again refused to help with rebooking.

    Lori at the check in counter is super helpful. She made me give 5 stars within a blink of eye. She accommodated my inquiries, helped us and went above and beyond and give my 3 yrs kid who is not traveling a coloring book. Means a lot. Thank you Lori.

    Very unpleasant experience with Vancouver Alaska Airline. I am traveling back from Vancouver to US. They can not print my tickets as my Visa on my passport expired. But based on Automatic ReValidation I am able to visit Canada and Mexico as long as my other document stated my residence in US is legal. But the lady I am talking to don’t understand this and asked me to have someone drive me back to Seattle. I have to call US CBP to have an officer talk to her and the officer asked her to bring my documents in so they can see. Then she called her manager as she can not leave her seat even though there is another agent at another desk. She called her manager and the manager had to explain again why they can’t print my ticket and start questioning why the expiration date on the visa is passed. After she talked to her manager they started to questioning if I am allowed to leave US. I have to have my lawyer to talk to her and she was able to talk to her manager to print my tickets out. By then, my flight was already took off and the new flight is 9 hours late to arrive my final destination. My questions are: who give you the authority to qualify if a people is able to enter US? And if you could print the tickets out, why you don’t do at the 1st place so I can catch my original flights.
