Just wrapped up my PPL with Air Trek North. Overall a great experience. My instructor Julie made every flight enjoyable and prepared me well for a successful checkride with minimal flight hours, saving both time and money. She was dedicated to my success and always available and happy to help. I didn’t spend much time working with other instructors here, but everyone I encountered along the way was kind and helpful. None gave me any reason to believe they wouldn’t be a great instructor. The scheduling process for instructors and aircraft is easy, and finding availability was rarely an issue. The airport is in a great location, with a wide open practice area nearby in one direction and a towered airspace nearby in another. It’s typically busy enough to become comfortable interacting with other traffic without being overwhelming for new students. I would absolutely recommend for aspiring private pilots.

Awesome flight school! The best I’ve been to, to date. The aircraft are immaculate (specifically trained on the C-172), and the staff are helpful, experienced, and happy to teach. Did the accelerated commercial course plus checkride here, and was honestly the most fun I’ve had training for a rating/license. Highly recommend for those looking at accelerated training programs, and that are willing to put in the hard work to learn the information and succeed on checkride day.

I am a part 141 student and due to the COVID outbreak, my training was suspended. Air Trek did a great job helping me get comfortable to starting up again and when the school announced that finishing training at home is now accepted. It was very easy to continue with my training. Overall everyone here is friendly and helpful and really does care about getting you your license/rating. Finished and completed my private pilot here.
