    My recent experience with Air Canada was nothing short of a disgrace. What should have been a straightforward trip turned into a nightmare of delays, cancellations, misinformation, and complete disregard for passengers. Air Canada failed at every level: flights were cancelled without clear communication, customer service lines went unanswered for days, and staff at the airport provided no guidance, accountability, or solutions. They actually told me they were not responsible and didn't even pretend to care! At no point did I feel like a valued customer just an afterthought to an airline that seems incapable of managing even the basics of travel. They can't even pay their staff Thousands of us were stranded, left to fend for ourselves, while Air Canada shrugged off responsibility. There was no urgency, no transparency, and no genuine attempt to help. For an airline that claims to care about its passengers, the reality could not be further from the truth. I will go out of my way to avoid ever flying Air Canada again, and I would strongly urge others to think twice before entrusting their time, money, SAFETY, and sanity to an airline that treats its customers with such blatant disregard.

    The staff see brown people on 1st or business class and they are shocked. Can't avoid the "you don't belong here" reaction. One crew guy had to point out to my wife that the sink in the washroom was not drained even though a caucasian lady had used it after my wife. Had a similar experience at a checkin once, a caucasian person was telling us that we do not belong in the business checkin line. Before I could say anything his wife hushed him. Mostly its the look on their faces. The food is average in the plane and the lounge.

    First and last time ever flying Air Canada. Both flights were super delayed. On my second flight, which was 5-6 hours long, they didnโ€™t even bother to provide snacks? Are they the equivalent of Spirit, Frontier, and Ryan Air? Seems like it. Then when I picked up my checked luggage, it was dented by them. I talked to their representative and she was apathetic and rude saying they donโ€™t cover any suitcase damages unless it rips open and things come flying out. Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

    Air Canada ๐Ÿ offers Pretty words for show only and no action! During delays, their gate agent will say anything to get the people off the line said you will get comp lalalala. Then turn around and said not their business, you need to calm travel insurance. They will use any excuse.

    I had a question about flight attendant attitude and behaviors. Also, the way attendant dropped others' luggage heavily is very bad. The ground in CDG airport asked the pilot to come, and the pilot is unwilling to listen to anything but saying "hey, are we okay? if you are not, I will take you out the plane." I told the pilot that I am okay but having concerned with the carry-on luggage mistreatment, but then the pilot told me again "hey, if you are not okay, we can remove you from the plane" That's even worse than Delta. I arrived at SFO but no one is here to handle anything.
