Just came back from their 12 day river cruise tour on the Danube. The planning was outstanding. The accommodations on the boat as well the hotel were way above expectation. The food on the boat was delicious. Our tour guide Sergei was like a walking encyclopedia. His historical knowledge of the areas visited, made every excursion super interesting. As my wife and I are avid travellers, we are very picky when it comes to vacations. I can say without a doubt that Alex and his team at Yes We Travel, offer something very special. Took a trip to Israel. The trip was very well organised. The itinerary was excellent, tour guide was very knowledgeable. Hotels were good, and the price is hard to beat. We’ll try to book our next trip with the same agency.

We had a great tour in Costa Rico organized by Yes, We Travel. Our guide Olga is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond advising on the activities, dining options, etc. The overall experience was amazing, and all the details were very well thought through. This is our second time with the company, and I am sure will do more!

Marina Novikov of Yes We Travel has been helping my wife & I with our travel plans for years. Her service is always excellent. Recently, Marina went way out of her way to help us to rebook our trip (from Boston to the Dominican Republic) because of an expected snowstorm about to hit Boston. Marina advised us to change our departure plans (to get out of the Boston area before the storm would hit). We didn't think changing plans so last minute would be possible, but Marina stayed late on a Friday to nail down each component of the changing plans: our flight, one-night stay in Orlando (just to get us out of Boston) & all the changes necessary on the ground in the Dominican Republic. Marina made the changes, we were able to depart Boston for Orlando just as the storm was approaching. Everything else fell into place during our trip. We are so appreciative of Marina, who really took care of us!

My experience with the agency (Marina) was not that great. My trip to Italy-Switzerland-Liechtenstein began in suppose to start in Milan. The third party Europe Voyage, which YesWeTravel is using in Europe, picked me up at the airport and brough me far away from Milan, placed me in miserable hotel small single room facing the highway. The hotel was 1.5 hours away by bus and metro from Milan. I was asked to pay extra for having single room. I suppose to stay in this room for 5 nights out of 8 nights trip. On my request to get a better room I was told that all single rooms are like that. The European partner, Europe Voyage, is using the cheapest hotels even though they rated 3 stars. I cancelled the trip and came back to US. The insurance I bought from YesWeTravel agency was not affective since I didn't have medical receive from doctor, so all my expenses and hopes for good vacation trip were ruined
