    It was a horrible experience. Cheapoair overcharged me and it took over a week to get my money refunded. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with agents. I asked for a supervisor to call and they did not. Until I waited on the phone and insisted that I would not hang up until my money was refunded did they refund it. Disaster. I am praying there are no issues with the flight because I know I cannot count on any help from them. No matter how good the pricing is, which they will change mid-booking, don't do it!

    Recently I was planning a trip with Cheap Oair and could not believe how attentive and patient the services were (I was on the phone with Elberto a customer service representative that would not disconnect our call after several issues I was having while booking a trip. While trying to book the trip another customer service representative called me on the other line to ensure the booking was complete, then a third customer service representative called to see if he could get the trip booking even lower but the trip booking was finally completed once he called. I was very happy at how the representatives continued to show their dedication for ensuring everything with the trip booking was completed as planned and intended. Although, I did encounter another customer service representative choosing not to represent CheapOair with using great customer skills, the other representatives made up for what she was lacking. Thank you!

    I get to airport to find no record of my ticket I was told there was no confirmation but they sent an intinerary and took the payment. The money was sent back after the plan took off. The company has even helped find me an alternative . I am now a over stay and will need to pay a fine A Real Great bunch of guys You lost thos customer

    Greyson was super helpful, professional, and patient. He searched diligently for the specific options I was looking for, and he had a good sense of humor as well. The price was high, I thought, but then again, my filters were quite specific and the flights approaching quickly on the calendar. Greyson did advise me on the cheapest option for my needs and wants, and the option I chose did have a discount. I also appreciate how the quoted price is indeed the final price (unless you want insurance and/or pre-boarding whatever-it's-called also, but that's on you). We live in a time where so many people rely so much on Internet info; for me, booking flights online and trying to figure out the best option can be stressful, and I appreciate someone like Greyson doing the leg work for me in a kind and quick fashion. I highly recommend the services of CheapOair, and I thank them. This was my second time using them, and I wouldn't be surprised if I used them again in the future.

    The agent Sophie took the time to book my flight going through various options, I appreciate her willingness to help and give me the best option to travel with my kids atleast one way. I was hoping for much cheaper price , however I get to travel with the same flight with my kids thatโ€™s important. Thank you

    Booked what I thought was a great price. Even opted for longer layover. Then after check out they hit with a seat fee for EACH plane and an additional service fee for picking a seat. Oh did you want a carry on bag? That's a fee. By the time you add the fees, it ended up being cheaper to use Priceline or Expedia.

    CheapOair gives you a great list of options. Whether it's cost, airlines, dates, etc... the options are always numerous, competitive and their website is so easy to navigate. Their Customer Service is also excellent. The always follow up with your concerns, whether it's through an email or a phone call.

    I arrived at the airport 1 hour and 5 minutes before my scheduled flight departure. However, when I approached the counter, the agent informed me that the system was already closed. I explained that there was still more than one hour remaining before departure, but I was told to contact the airline directly. When I called your company, I was informed that I could only travel the following day if I paid a $350 fare difference. I remained on the call for approximately 40 minutes, and by the end, I was told that I would still need to book again and pay the price difference. This is unacceptable. Because of this issue, I missed an important work appointment today, resulting in a significant loss for me. Additionally, I received a message stating that I had โ€œarrived at my destination,โ€ which is completely false and misleading. I am requesting a full refund for my ticket, as I was denied boarding despite arriving within an acceptable time frame. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I do not intend to fly with your airline again

    My very first experience using CheapOair was absolutely amazing. I know I got the best price and navigating through to find a specific time frame and a good price was so simple. Better than using an airline direct app, Hopper or Orbits. I have spread the word to my coworkers, family & friends to try it they will be very satisfied.

    Cheapo air has cost more than their competitors but have been to Bangkok many times and everything has worked out, one way or another, but 2024 and 2025 the airline on that route was Korean, which I rate number one for this flight, but last 2 flights have been with eva air, which has not been great, as not only is the Boeing airplane which is new doesn't leave any room for legs to move especially when tray down to eat, if anything is dropped or required it's physically impossible, flying really sucks the last few years because of cheapskate buyers of airplanes, we are moved like cattle... Another bad point to eva air and Cheapo doing business is when trying to select a seat, you have to wait til boarding as so you can be packed in without any vacants, cattle, if I need an aisle seat as getting old and it's a long flight, it's very very hard on a person's head as worrying about if the long flight will be very bad, will not go thru health, lol anyhow can't even talk to eva air, a cheapo air rep, who gets a cut of getting a bit of everything sold after booking as usual called to persuade me into an Xtra for baggage within 10 minutes of booking, was informed at this time he will contact eva so as can select a seat, so told him wow that would be excellent as could not even purchase last time even if to pay extra, well that didn't work,, should have known.... So stuck on being worried about seating til liftoff... Even bought the baggage scam as a thank you to the Cheapo rep. That will never happen again, so much for for the shake of a hand, deal.... Goes to show these days trust only yourself...

    The experience was good however the fares keep changing. It started off with $1503, then $1542, then $1557, then I called Cheapoair and the CSR Dana was very good but said the flights were gone up for return om Feb6th, so I changed to Feb 10th and his price was higher than online price. for seniors this process is very confusing
