This is the WORST Company to book your tickets with!!!!! They charged me $692.60. When I printed my E-Tickets United Airlines said that My total purchase price for the tickets was $404.60. So my BARGIN TICKET was NO BARGIN AT ALL..... should have booked direct with the airline. Also when you call to have them fix it, they don't know how ..... and How about speaking to someone who SPEAKS ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!! THESE GUYS SUCK SUCK SUCK !!!!!!!!! Oh and you can't submit without giving them a star.. So pretend that is NOT THERE>>> NO STARS AT ALL

I would have provided zero stars if there was an option to do so! There are three personnel now manning the phones up from just Edward. Rahul and one more to my knowledge. With only one reaching out to everyone who book. The person would call you up frequently to cajole you into taking a flight which is profitable for Bargain Air Ticket rather than the one you chose. They will try to convince you by mentioning the following, a. the flight you booked would become full and there is a high chance that the airline can cancel them last minute b. another flight is available which is much more cost effective c. the flight that is suggested by Bargain Air Ticket will definitely not be changed last minute After choosing the flight that is suggested by Bargain Air Ticket is "NO GUARANTEE" that you will be traveling on the same day in the flight which they suggested. My flight was changed just a day before my travel date. The one that was booked and billed was for a 1 stop - 1 hour 25 minute transit flight. That was changed to a 2 stop flight with a 1+18 hour transit. In such cases they will NOT provide you refund or accommodation even when promises are made over calls (see attached email from service desk personnel at BargainAirticket [Rahul]- wherein they try to strike deals by asking you to "call" even when commitments to provide a refund would be made over calls). They will ask you to book accommodation and get a refund but they will decline it when you do. If you get a chance to indeed book with them you'll understand how shady and unprofessional their operations are. PAYMENT OPTIONS and BILLING: I observed invoices were also unprofessional (see attached) with a line item of ARC fees. This ARC fees - they will ask you to approve separately to allow it on your card. There is only one method of payment - 'credit card' provided. They will try to convince you over phone without trying to put them on emails. BEWARE and avoid entities like "Bargain Air Ticket" and "TRAVEL SAVER GURU LLC" which are the entities used by this agency to book tickets. This site is a SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! It's a scam!! They'll advertise a price & when you book you get a booking number, then shortly after that you get a ridiculous error msg. "Either some of the Passenger Type/Booking TravelRef and BookingTravel/Key Or Booking Traveler/Traveler Type and Passenger Type/Code are not matching. Unsuccessful primary host transaction causing reservation failure".. what does this even mean?! After trying all weekend to book a 4 passenger flight, 1st at $1,320 then @ $1,412, I was unsuccessful so I called and this is one of those lovely companies that transfers calls to India. First off, the "rep" was RUDE as if I was bothering him at home, which it sounded like I was because I could hear someone doing dishes in the background! He tells me that the reason I was getting the error msg was because that's not a valid price anymore, that the new total was $1,535... what? I asked why they were false advertising and he said sometimes it takes a while to update. I told him I was trying all wk end and he said very sarcastically "so then why didn't you book it on the weekend" I sad "because I just told you that I kept getting the same error msg. And even when you did 'update' your cost from $1,320 to $1,412 I was still getting that error msg." he said "exactly"... what?!.. he was beyond RUDE. Clearly no one really manages this place and that's why he felt he could talk to me the way he did. I wish I could give this ZERO stars. DO NOT even bother with this site. The other reviewers were right. Wish I had seen their posts sooner.

This is a total scam company DO NOT BOOK! booked 2 flights only for them to be canceled by the company who stated the prices had just gone up almost 200 dollars. Company blamed me for not knowing the price on their website was not valid.

I booked a flight and I got a phone call saying the price has changed. Customer service guy name Edward said price had gone up like 300 dollars. This site is a SCAM
