Item is sitting in their facility for over 3 weeks now. cant get anyone to ship it. They don't seem to care about their tractor supply orders from what I'm observing. Was told my location is not on their route, so I'm assuming they'll ship when convenient for them. I don't know how to get them to ship item. Tractor supply has contacted them 5 times now. It was redirected to ship to store, but it hasn't motivated anyone. Writing this review while on hold with tractor supply customer solutions again.

They do amazing they deal with my office assistant calling to check ETA we use them for most of our shipping needs

It was hard to pin down my frieght, not knowing what day it would be there but once we found that out, the guys at the yard were great and efficient.

Erik Tunison at XPO Stockton is the absolute worst communication I've every had with any company. EXTREMELY combative, confrontational, aggressive, angry, just an overall horrible person to be working anywhere dealing with customers. I shipped out a $8000 package out and XPO failed Delivery 5 times after making appointments and failing to show up. As I called to get to the bottom of this, I was transferred to Erik Tunison, and literally had the absolute worst customer experience I've ever had. Erik has no business dealing directly with customers as he has extreme temperment issues. XPO as a service is also not good, as their communication is close to non existent and their handling is very poor. They are the only freight company I've had issues with. I have since switched to ABF Freight for all shipping, as they are amazing. Very communicative , friendly, professional and punctual. I will not ship with XPO again.
