    HORRIBLE Experience with Way Way Travel - Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Abysmal Service I am writing this review to warn others about the utterly disappointing and unprofessional service provided by Way Way Travel, specifically by their staff Dorothy and Lisa. Our local car service experience was a nightmare from start to finish. 1. Dishonest and Inflated Pricing: From the initial planning stage, their attitude was impatient. Dorothy took over our inquiry at first. We noticed their hotel quotes were significantly inflated. Despite this red flag, we proceeded with them due to a local friend's recommendation. However, when we decided to book our own hotels, they retaliated by increasing the price for the driver's accommodation. 2. Lack of Professionalism: When we had suggestions and modifications for the itinerary, Dorothy showed zero professionalism by simply telling us to "make the changes ourselves in a spreadsheet." This is not the service one pays for. 3. Unethical Ticketing Practices: Their ticket pricing scheme was chaotic and dishonest. They charged us per person for attractions where the official rate was per vehicle. For other tickets priced per person officially, they applied arbitrary and inconsistent markups. When we questioned their standards, they gave a generic, non-answer, blaming a "sales department" and refused to provide a transparent breakdown. 4. Zero Service Awareness and Ghosting: The service during the trip was non-existent. We arrived on August 10th and left on August 20th, with virtually no communication from them. On the last day, when we had urgent questions about driver costs, they were completely unreachable. After the trip, we demanded an explanation for the pricing. Lisa's excuse was that Dorothy was "on a cruise and had no internet." Throughout October, I followed up no less than three times, receiving only perfunctory replies. In late September, Lisa suddenly claimed Dorothy was "in China " and would be back on October 11th. It wasn't until October 25th, after my continued pressure, that Dorothy finally surfaced. 5. Rude, Evasive, and Final Abandonment: Both Lisa and Dorothy were completely unable to justify the inflated costs. Their responses were evasive, dismissive, and their attitude was outright atrocious. After October 25th, they resorted to the ultimate unprofessionalism: they completely refused to answer our calls or respond to any messages. In summary, Way Way Travel is the worst travel agency I have ever encountered. They are dishonest in their pricing, unprofessional in their service, and will completely ghost you when you ask legitimate questions. Save your money and your sanity—avoid this company at all costs.

    Dorothy processed my and my daughters' tourism China Visa where other agency commented "it will be very difficult, and no guarantee". We received our visas back in one week without any additional requirements!! Dorothy is VERY professional and efficient. Will definitely use their service again!
