Dana is amazing. I trust her advice explicitly. She has always helped us have amazing trips and knows exactly how to advise us on not just where to go, but when to go, where to stay, where to eat, best tour guides, airport transfers, and what to avoid, etc. She handles last minute changes and mishaps with calm and ease of a seasoned professional and has saved the day for us many times. We seriously appreciate any thing she advises us upon. I can’t sing enough praises about her.

Her expertise in all things Sandals resorts helped us make the absolute best choice on the resort and excursions. I am a huge planner and have to have all my ducks in a row when it comes to vacations but I did not have to do anything, she did it all for us, and even made sure to answer all my million questions. She is TOP NOTCH and will be booking all vacations through her in the future.

Tamara Horrell with Warren Place Travel is exceptional! It felt as though we had a family member back home watching our flights and checking in with us every step of the way. We will never travel again with her. My wife and I have booked two vacations with Tamara now and she knocked it out of the park both times. Her knowledge of international travel and insider information about our destinations has proven to be priceless. Our most recent trip was to Sandals South Coast in Jamaica. It just so happened to be schedule around the same time that Hurricane Beryl was expected to make landfall at our destination which caused our connecting flight from Houston to Jamaica to be cancelled until further notice. This was also on July 4th so I wasn't expecting it, but Tamara was already working on a solution for us on a major holiday. She took time away from her own plans on a day she should have been off work to make sure we were taken care of. Tamara was able to help us find an alternate flight, accommodations for the night, and worked with Sandals directly to adjust the dates of our stay. Just like that our trip was back on at no additional cost. We would have been lost without her to say the least. She also made several suggestions that were incredibly helpful with security lines at the airport and entering Jamaica. If you're planning to travel do yourself a favor and call Tamara. She's an absolute gem!

I called and Dana answered and I told her I was wanting to plan a trip to Germany with my 19yr old daughter in the Summer of 2026. She said that it was too soon and she wouldn't be able to get costs for anything. When I pursued and said I was open to different dates & I didn't need the flights or anything pinned down yet but help seeing what my trip(cruise,group tour, etc)/transportation options would be, she immediately & very rudely responded that she "wasn't interested & nobody in the office would be either". This was my first time ever calling a travel agency. I've always planned my own trips. If that response was any indication of how helpful they would be if I was out of the country & a problem arose, I'll take my chances going it alone!
