Nothing like going to the store in your 40s and all skin care and makeup is behind glass. I don't know what I want or need. Need to read the products information. I'm not wasting the employee's time doing that because I know they have to unlock it, wait for me to decide then lock it back up and take it upfront. I know why but there has to be a better way. You're a multi billion dollar company. Figure it out.

I went to Walmart to get something that I’d need out of locked up section. I waited a good 10 minutes for a gentleman who was helping a group of teenagers in the make up section. At this point him and I have made eye contact and he knew I was waiting for him to help me. I went back to where my items were so when he came back I was ready and prepared trying to save him time. He seen me waiting at the case we again made eye contact and he proceeded to dodge me through other aisles. I then see him again mind you he’s the only person I’ve seen who could help me. So I went up to him and said sir could you please unlock something for me and he huffed at me and in a very annoyed tone said what do you need. Now I understand it’s probably frustrating having to help people often but at the same time it’s nit our fault we need you to unlock a case and we have to come look for someone because there’s not buttons to request someone anymore. So note to self if I need help again I’d rather go to another store than ask Todd for help because he makes it very known he’s irritated to help you.

Shopping at its most raw. Every visit feels somewhat like a cross between hunger games and shopping in a communist country. The staff is always miserable and helping you seems like the straw that broke the camel’s back for them. The shelves are rarely stocked. On a Wednesday in February there was no sugar. They’ve been out of every kind of 1% milk. Yeah…I can have 2% or skim, but…what’s the point of a big box store without sugar or milk when you need it. I always feel like I have to go somewhere else for something I NEED when I go there anyway, and then I have to go out of my way and waste more time at a nicer store with more pleasant employees, and so now…Walmart has slowly been replaced by other stores that might not have the brand I want, but I’m willing to substitute because I can avoid having to lower myself into the cesspool that Walmart has become. Being overcharged, treated poorly and rudely by employees, and then having a quarter of my list not be there, really encourages consumers to exercise their power and find alternatives.

Awesome experience. I always am greeted by the wonderful door greeter's who are awesome and make my day and overall this store is clean and it's basically your general and typical Walmart. Everyone in the electronics department is also helpful and tries their best to help you quickly.

The store is always clean and the motorized carts are charged and available. As someone with POTS that is something I appreciate more. The employees in the front end are especially kind and Tammy in the front is so helpful. Deli team is great at keeping fresh food and the store manager has made a difference in our community. I'm writing to home office to praise this store.
