My dad’s carry on went missing and we had to fill out some forms. Anyways it got returned and we still had to drive a hour and a half to pick it up. Upon arrival would I thought was going to be a 10 min exchange turned to be an over an hour long wait. It went from give me 15 mins to having us wait insanely longer than they originally said. They eventually brought it after I went to talk to them again and surprise it only took like 5 mins to get it WOW CRAZY HUH. You would think given all the negative feedback and experiences this airline has they would try to better their services but nope they must think they’re incompetent and frustrating service is doing just fine. Anyways that my review it’s always something with this airline isn’t that just lovely .🥰

Scammers!!!! They take everything you payed!! very bad costumer service when it comes to helping with refunds or anything regarding that! It's been 3 weeks and they still havnt resolved anything by phone or email. you pay more then $1000 and they want to give u back $50 as a refund. Do not fly with them if you have any problem they will not help!!

The worst customer service when we called to find out if my sister with special needs could travel with everything she needed. They said yes. And when we arrived at the airport, Angela told us we had to pay for absolutely everything, regardless of whether they were vital items. If you have choices get any but Volaris.

Communication with this airline is the worst. Phone directory gets you nowhere. Just pure machine. Once you get there it's mismanaged. The app on the phone also does not display all flights taken. You have to manually type all information to get information. Out of all airlines I've traveled this is the worst experience. Would not recommend. Go some other way if you can.

Volaris is scamming people before you buy your tickets and you add a checked bagged check three prices because it says one thing and as soon as you add it, it about doubles in price. They try to make an excuse why it happens something about it changes every minute but it doesn’t even take a min to add the baggage and you’re still not getting the price that’s being advertised.
