It’s been 4 months that I’ve tried to collect my refund of which I had to pay $298 to cancel for a voucher on a future flight of which I’ve received neither!! I’ve called several times and have been told the refund has been requested and I should receive it in 3-5 business days! Never received refund and the App or phone numbers don’t seem to work anymore! Illegitimate customer service!

Please DO NOT take this airline anywhere for any reason. (For those who had a "positive" experience you are lucky enough to not go through this excruciating process) Horrible customer service, workers are extremely rude, passive aggressive gestures and will only take advantage of your money. They don't care about your issues like, changing flight dates, assisting with baggages. They advertise cheap offer deals but turns out you actually had to spend more and ruin your flight ✈️ VOLARIS is the WORST airline that has ever been allowed to fly! I have to changed my flight for Guadalajara three times for the holidays to June then changed it back spending over $1000. On top of that I called customer service first they were phone lines and robot chats that leads you to whatsapp messages and never given to speak to live person. After a couple tries, a representative woman called and was very rude to me and she said she couldn't help me at all then offered some more to take away my money. I want to go back to the first book flight to see if there were remaining spots left but the passengers are full and were Cancel and you, as a customer, don't have any rights to request any returns. Oh if you want to change the ticket, forget about it. They will charge you up for the amount of the ticket you change it. Can’t make check in, everything costs extra, customer support is non existent. We just lost our paid flight three times. Supposedly they might give a refund not guaranteed 100%. I have previous experiences with VOLARIS that weren't great like when my family had the miss the flight during COVID-19 and it was delayed for 3 hours and have to sign the whole documents and covid tests. It was a nightmare. 😫😡 I hope one day they can start another airline company that really does provide customer support and improvise with quick solutions complaints may be minimum. Will never fly with this trash again excuse me. I recommend Aeromexico to flight since it is decent okay.

Avoid at all costs! This airline, Volaris, claims the right to change your flight at their discretion if you don't pay extra to select your seat. It's completely unethical, and I'm beyond frustrated with their handling of the situation. This isn't the first time they've pulled something like this, and it seems they constantly find ways to take advantage of passengers. We will be filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Transportation.

This airline is literally a SCAM. They intentionally overbooked the flight, kicked me off when there wasn't room, and then only offered to cover my hotel if I stayed on their airlines for a flight TWO DAYS LATER. I rebooked on Aer Mexico and had to cover my own flight. In Mexico their assistants intentionally do not speak English. DO NOT BOOK THIS AIRLINE FOR ANY REASON. You will almost certainly regret it.

Can’t get my money back my password didn’t come on time so they didn’t let me aboard. I would never ever travel wirh Velotti airlines. They do not try to help you. They do not give you money. They do not answer their phones so don’t buy their tickets with them. They’re very poor airline.
