Cargo import is a joke.The AGI forklift operators and warehouse team don't care. Trucks at dock for over 4 hrs waiting for freight,you can't go to your truck .They have your phone numbers but they will not call drivers have to be standing for hrs.

Worst place to pick up. Avoid at all cost!!! You'll wait forever. You must print out own BOL otherwise it's $35. Tough to use internet

Cargo area is very unprofessional and unorganised. No way to tell who is next as you cannot sign in or leave paperwork at counter. Staff is very rude and all are miserable looking. Please update staff and procedures. Wait time to process one person is on average 30-40 minutes. The worse cargo building hands down. 0 stars if I could.

This has got to be one of the worst airlines to pick up at. I don't know what management was thinking, but they are putting all house trucks as priority in front of everybody else. I spent over 10 hours the other day waiting for one piece and they don't care. I'm asking my customers to find another airline to fly their shipments from UK over

My driver has been in dock 18 for over 4hrs and counting. Warehouse team is horrible! They stand around and move super slow with no type of communication. I'll advise all shippers and brokers to use a different airline since they will accrual a lot of drive detention time. To all carriers, I would stay away from picking up a load from this place.
