For being a world hub, security is embarrassing, one line open, people backing up, 8 other security staff just staring at the line, when there is 50 people standing in one line on a Thursday before a long weekend, OPEN A SECOND LINE,

It is beautiful and if you must wait for your plane. you will have a good time looking at the exhibit or the fish tank. You can also make a wish at the Wishing Fountain ;)

These chumps cant even find a gate for us to depart on. 13 hour flight to Vancouver from edmonton because of a little snow. thinking of getting the real authorities as this is close to han rights violations. NO FOOD AND PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO GET ON WITH THEIR LIVES. Priority 1 should be getting people out of the jets first then worry about your little airplanes!!

I'm not sure who answers the phone at Vancouver Airport Authority but he sure needs some proD classes on communication and courtesy skills. I called because I lost my airbuds at the gate and having already filed a report at YVR lost and found as well as spoke with the staff there in person, they haven't been found by them. The issue is that the tracking system on my phone indicates they are still there at the Gate. The person at YVR was not only unhelpful, he clearly could have cared less about my issue as he kept interrupting me and even went so far as to reprimand me with the accusation, "you're not listening to me!" while he was telling me to do exactly what I had already told him I did - hypocritically, he hadn't heard me all along! He even went so far as to say my experience at other airports was a lie too. Obviously, my issue has not been resolved nor do I expect it to be without the will, courtesy and cooperation of YVR. How is YVR ever expected to be a world-class airport when they employ thugs providing street-class 'customer service'.
