Compared to other United clubs, this one is large and I’ve never had trouble finding a seat. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Food quality is average but they usually have a good selection and the cookies are amazing.

Went into the LaGuardia Airport location of the United Club lounge in Terminal B during the Thanksgiving Day holidays. We were lucky that the place was not too crowded and found some seats without any wait. Full service bar available. Food table has some chicken, herbed rice, and salad/vegetable choices, along with a small dessert section and snacks too. This lounge has an airy, open feel to it and it's very bright and well lit. Plenty of plugs and outlets to charge up your mobile and laptops. Friendly and attentive staff. Overall, a great place to kill some time before your flight. Recommended!

Line formed as soon as I walked in, then the ladies opened up more check-ins to process everyone (very smart). So check-in was fast. Snacks were great (I got a sandwich, an apple and a coke). I was able to get work done and relax before my flight. Very nice lounge.

Clean, well organized and plenty of room, which I suppose is all you can ask for in a lounge. Didn’t have to wait at all to come in at 1 PM on a Sunday. Plenty of seats to charge your devices. Is the full bar complementary? No. You have to pay for some premium spirits. Is the food something to be excited about? Also no. It’s very basic fare and you’d probably find better downstairs in the terminal. They aren’t competing with the major credit card lounges such as Chase, Amex, and Cap One in these areas, but if you have access included with your credit card or status, it’s worth waiting in here for your flight.
