I love flying with United I’ve been collecting miles and miles… but believe me or not last flight there was a roach running on the seat going direct to the passenger in front of me. Not even on TV was working, I asked the attendant for a wet wipe to clean my table I am still waiting. 🪳😕🫢

F THIS GREEDY AIRLINE. Corporate greed!!! They do not care about providing a good experience for their guests and refuse to do what’s right. I’ve flown United only a handful of times, but this last time will be my LAST. Our flight was delayed 7 hours and we boarded then deplaned because the crew timed out. They said we could be refunded and book new travel. I’m now being told that I can’t receive a refund but only a $75 credit towards United. My original flight ticket was $120 and I rebooked through Delta because I wasn’t going to trust and airline who can’t get their stuff together and fly a plane.

United has always been my go to airline, but not anymore. We had a weather related flight delay which caused us to miss our flight. Think there would be a customer service desk in their primary hub? You'd be wrong. The only option is to call or chat via the app. Horrible customer service. I was shocked that they wouldn't have someone who could help you in the concourse. Unbelievable!

Most amazing experience! Fantastic service on the way from Dulles. And then Monica, an angel, helped me retrieve my finances Dyson hair dryer I left on the plane. Saving my future marriage!

Websitesite says 2 chck ins per person. But in reality just one 50 lbs. First time I'm going to try united lounge and it's not available for one time use. This is how they treat you. I guess I'm not paying for membership now.

Terrible service all around and blame all of it on the government shut down. I paid full price for a ticket for my brother to fly in from FAT to MCO for my daughters bday party. He is the godfather and really wanted to be here. His flight was canceld from am to evening at his layover he was rebooked again and was basically forced to buy an upgrade to 1st class for another 400 plus. Or not make the flight cause it was over booked. Straight bs with that. After 2 cancels and dealing with attitudes at each airport shoulda been free uograde do to an over book on united side that was the issue not his. Worst travel expeirence ever.

Of all the airlines I have flown in my life, the pilots at United seem to get it right! The landings/ take-offs were so smooth, the flight and terminal staff were very polite and helpful. The in flight amenities were on point as far as being able to connect my personal headphones to the video monitor. The seats were rather comfortable. They actually give you a full can of soda with your cup of ice instead of a cup full of ice with a splash of soda. Thank you United for the outstanding quality service and flight.
