North United Club, in terminal C of IAH airport is cramped and somewhat updated. The food is all processed; frozen and reheated. Not many choices there. Restrooms are clean. Staff at the front is not as pleasant as other united lounges. Telling us to hurry up. This is on par with central Florida united lounges, but lacking any of the comfort , charm, or fresh food (cookies) other locations offer.

I usually go to the Centurion but went to check this out. Long queue to get in but not terrible. Once in lots of nice seats. Good views of the outside with light. Decent food but not a massive selection. Very good bar and close to the gates if you are flying United. It was good!

Naw, skip this one. Total waste of my annual pass. Very mediocre coffee, too many people and the food is average/just carbs: rubbery hard cheese cubes and 2 types of finger sandwiches, which are mostly thick bread. Lunch today is plain rice, no flavor, all carbs and chicken. I really need fresh salad, veggies and half-decent beef for keto! Ugh. No showers here. Just go to Landry’s next door, better ingredients there.

Medium-sized lounge, located very close to Gate C1. Nice view of the parked planes. Nice selection of food and beverages.

The female staff at the reception was courteous and thanked me for being a loyal customer when I came in. I enjoyed the brightness and the vibe of the lounge. The food selection was adequate although I didn’t eat anything since I had already eaten at the American Express Centurion Lounge earlier, but it was good to come in to check this place out and grab a glass of water.
