I have constant issues trying to ship out of here. Sometimes they can't open reservations that we have confirmed I'm United's system and show on our computer but not theirs. Only some people here know how to work their system and those people often can't make it work. Often they say I have missed the cutoff time for drop off, and then tell me the official cutoff time hasn't passed, but that my shipment is still not going to make the flight. Apparently, processing and screening have to be completed before the cutoff time. When I asked how much time to allot for that, they won't give me an answer. Sometimes it can take an hour, sometimes it can be several hours or not until the next day. If you have to put it on a different flight, they won't rebook for you - you have to go book a new flight and hope that it will be ok when you come to drop off again. I follow all United's instructions and, about 2 out of 3 bookings, I end up bringing my shipment back to the office to try again the next day.

I don't like this office, I didn't find any place to park my car. It was a bad location.

AA and Sac cargo was horrible. 2 days in a row my dog could not get on the plane. First, AA has its own required paperwork, second the #500 crate cant fit on any AA planes that fly out of SMF......are you kidding me....
