The people who work here are excellent. But the Frontier people in Suite 1500 are incredibly rude. I come to drop off a shipment, and they tell me it's 24 hours a day, and when I arrive, they're closed. When I call, they tell me they won't see me until 8 p.m. It's incredibly bad to play with people's time.

The facility is actually in Air General. Those folks are the ones who will take care of your cargo. Friendly people. The place closes at 9 pm, not 12 am. Keep that in mind when scheduling a drop or pickup.
