They leave you 5.5" (Measured) of room to write on the counter - not enough room for your arm to fit in place without contorting yourself and being cramped on space, unnecessarily. The picture shows you how much room they leave you to do your job. It's been five years... Come on. No one cares about fixing it to be courteous to customers. Customer comes last here. Then they have the chairs situated really close to each other so you can smell the guy next to you. Then they have the router in the way of the mousepad, so your knuckle hits the corner, and again, you are unnecessarily cramped, like the interior design was made by tiny hobbits that like to be within breathing distance. Almost like they dont want ppl to come in. They have no bathroom for the drivers either, because as you can see, they try to offer the bare minimum. Usually when you show up no one is at the desk, and no one says anything to you or acknowledges they realize you are there waiting - they show up whenever, it could be 20 mins of waiting without you knowing if they know you are there or not. How courteous towards your customers. This is what happens when there's no competition in the marketplace.

The boarding process was simple and boarded at time posted with a full flight.
