WARNING Take any other airline if you have the option. United has kept my iPads that I left on the plane. Not once but twice. Would not let me on the plane to retrieve them after I realized I left it just after de-boarding. Would not get it for me. Would not return thereafter. TWICE!!! They just kept them. Even after provide detailed information like the exact spot I left them on the plane. They send me to some “so called” lost and found process which is totally unnecessary when myself or someone could have just gotten it off the plane. UNBELIEVABLE Do the employees keep them? Or does United sell them? if you have had the same problem then let me know.

United 1K flyer: walked up to Priority access line, only to be informed “this is a bag drop only, you must use the kiosk because I don’t want to login” despite the other line offering full service, me: “the kiosks are broken”, her: “there is 1 working” Talk about 1K service…

Even with delays, 3 roundtrip, my experience was good. Thank you. My first flight by myself.

Long lines, slow service, self-service kiosks are often out (which are mandatory), employees generally have a “Why are you bothering me?” demeanor. Perhaps I’ve just had somebody having a bad day 5 times in the past year, perhaps it’s always our fault. Perhaps not.

I was having trouble with my arthritis and had to have a wheel chair. I was treated so well. The attendants were so respectful and professional. It was a wonderful trip. I enjoyed it so much, and I was actually a little worried beforehand. Thanks United Airlines and thanks Robert J. McKinney for the ticket.
