My clients were cutting it close to getting on the plane. Life happens. All they needed to board their flight was supervisor approval. At that moment he could of been the hero of the day and let them on. There were seats available. He said no for no other reason than to say no. He also told my client, they don't have to be accomodating because of covid. I was very disappointed to hear this. The airline attendants were very helpful but, not the supervisor.

Feel like UA provides a safe flying experience. Plus, they waited for me when my flight was late due to weather, then later got me to my destination early.

Book literally any other airline out of Lubbock, Tx unless you want 6+ hour delays and missed connecting flights.

Despite what I've seen in the news recently, I was very pleased with United. Although the ERJ-145 I rode on was a small regional jetliner, the cabin didn't feel cramped inside and the seats were very comfortable. The overall flight was smooth and the crew was friendly. The flight attendant even made my coffee just the way I wanted it.
