    If you ever fly with United from Ohio if you see this rude agent don’t go for her to help you… her face in those pictures says it all she was making those faces while talking to me.. very disrespectful when I only needed an explanation about my checked in bag, very disappointing honestly .. very disrespectful and red flag attitude she gave for no reason.. I was asking politely .. how much 66pound will be she started giving me attitude only for asking that question agent also refused to give me her name. I had no issue paying for my bag she stressed me out and had to talk to a manager .. I told the manager if I wanted to be treated like this I would have went with spirit or frontier .. I thought united was a very nice airline and helpful people … Never United again and won’t recommend it for anybody specially if ur flying from Ohio..

    I recently had a very disappointing experience with United Airlines at the John Glenn airport check-in counter. My aunt was traveling internationally for a funeral, a very sensitive time for our family and we were met with unnecessary stress and a lack of compassion from a customer service agent named Ronda, who I believe was the supervisor. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when we had issues checking in online. We explained that my aunt's ticket included two free checked bags and we were prepared to pay for the third. Instead, we were told we’d need to pay $450 for four bags, when we only had three. When we questioned this, she ignored us, helped other customers ahead of us, and nearly caused my aunt to miss her flight. Her behavior lacked basic courtesy, and during a moment of grief, we were shown zero empathy. On the other hand, two days earlier, I was assisted by another United staff member, a gentleman at the same airport United airlines who was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. I wish I had his name because he truly represented what customer service should look like. I even saw him again this morning he recognized me and came over to check on us, but because Ronda was present, he wasn’t allowed to assist us. It’s unfortunate that such an important and emotional moment for our family was made worse by someone who clearly shouldn't be in a customer facing role. I hope United Airlines takes this seriously and ensures better training around empathy, professionalism, and communication especially for supervisors.

    United Airlines is a disgrace!!! They canceled my flight UA6287 from Columbus to Houston without emailing me or sending me a single message informing me about the change in advance until I got to the airport at 6:15 AM on 16 June saying that it was due to severe weather related conditions. The weather today 16 June was perfect over here in Columbus as well as in Houston. This was the only flight that was canceled.. United Airlines blamed the weather condition so that they wouldn’t have to pay for my hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport. When I went to talk to the United staff they were rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and said they couldn’t do anything and that if I wanted to check, I could make a call to the customer care. Nobody really cared to want to help when I got to the airport. I had to miss a day off work and had to spend more money to book a hotel. I have put pictures outside the Marriott hotel to show y’all that the weather was excellent today so that means United Airlines lied !!! No wonder the airline only has a two star ! I wouldn’t even give the airline a single star .

    This airline is horrible. They charged me for bags I didn't have to check. I will never fly this flight again. If my company purchases the ticket I will tell them no and I will purchase my flight with a different airlines. Moreover service for checked bags are horrible. I haven't checked a bag in 15 years and the service is even worse. Run from untied airline. I'd rather walk backwards. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Kiosk are all broken. Customers were very mad

    I agree with most negative reviews here. The customer service agents seems like they dont want to work… nothing compare to the surroundng neighbors airports’ agents of united. UA and UA express flight crews are great, never had bad experience with them. I hope United would see and do something with these overwhelming bad reviews of CSA
