Ken took me from check-in to the plane. Kind caring and continued to ask if I was OK. Checked to see if they had curbside check-in at Sacramento and they said yes. I had 2 bags to check and 2 carry-on items. I needed a wheelchair. No one was there. A United staff member came to help me when she saw me struggling to get to ticketing. She was wonderful. I was flying 1st class and was last off the plane. The attendant did not go around the corner to see if wheelchairs were there. They were all there early, before the plane landed. The 1st class stewardess was very helpful and attentive.

Stress free experience from start to finish. Friendly staff all around, even security. Top notch travel.
