Threatens people for Real Id but when you apply for the real Id, it takes anywhere from 3-5 months to even obtain in the mail. TSA all mad and I had my proof of purchase and still treated me like a dog.

Terrible, horrible, uncaring, mean natured employees who separated our family multiple times. We had multiple disabled persons, and they completely ignored our TSA cares request and reservation. They were as nasty as possible about it. They treat people like garbage and theyare held accountableby no one!. They barked at us the entire time, and my anxiety has never been higher nor have any of my children's. I have three kids on the autism spectrum, and they were treated horrifically. TSA, You should be ashamed of yourselves!

One security line for ~ 200 people (busy picture), three security lines for....50? people (Not busy photo). You can do better TSA and MSP. We all understand efficiencies for TSA precheck, first class, priority, etc. But this is downright disparate treatment.

My adult son is blind and cognitively disabled. As you can imagine he, when walking through the metal detector, sometimes mistakenly touches the side even though he tries his best not to. The first TSA agent we had was impatient because I had to go through twice, then when my son tried he touched the side. I could tell my son was getting confused and overwhelmed so I had to ask the TSA man to give him a minute. He is keenly aware of people’s tone and stress, and the guy was getting annoyed with us, snippy. In swoops Jeffrey (I hope I am remembering his name correctly). He was extremely kind and patient with my son. Then asked me to step aside to talk with him if I had a min. He explained that they offer a service, TSA Cares, that can meet us at security and assist my son through the whole process. He is why I’m giving 5⭐️’s. Even though a line was forming & his colleague was irritated he took the time to help us and could not have been kinder. We need more people like him in the world. Thank you Jeffrey!!!

Horrid - made a decision to take a 3 year old’s skis. Did not give a realistic option to check skis and seemed like they just wanted a Christmas present for her grandkids.
