However, I found my interactions with this company's employee Dwight Johnson to be extraordinary. I felt as if he went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve several issues which evolved during our conversations. His extension is 8073. He is a credit to himself and to his employer.

Amazing customer service, especially from representative Marc Lee. I booked a round trip flight through them and within hours (maybe minutes?), they called me to check on the reservation. Marc called me the next day and volunteered to add my global entry number and frequent flyer number to the reservation. In addition, while speaking to me over the phone, he put assigned seats (window or aisle) on all my flights, all this without any extra charge. When I had trouble locating my reservation on the China Southern Airlines website, Marc spent 31 minutes on the phone with me and guided me through all the steps, and I was finally able to see my reservations. To be honest, I had never experienced this level of customer care before and trust me I have flied quite a bit over the years. I will definitely do business with them again.

I've been having a difficult time booking for flights to Cebu, Philippines since the flights I wanted to take were all sold out. Luckily, Nick from Crystal Travel called and came to the rescue. He was very helpful, courteous, and nice. He was able to help me book the flight for me and my family. It's actually my first time booking with this agency. I am so glad that Jacob was there to help and guide me for our family travel flight plans to Brussels next year. He took the time to explain even the most inane questions that I had. You have bait and switched me advertising $4606 ticket for one, then because of DYNAMIC changes THE PRICE GOES UP $2800. Apparently, those re buzz words your organization commonly uses. Because of thehuge price discrepancy I am canceling my credit card. By the way, you sid with the new prices, my ticket would be refundable. After reading the fine print, I find it is not refundable. I’m sorry we can’t do business. You have not been honest with me.

Grace did a wonderful job helping me and my family get to Italy. I had tried to do the job myself but found it much easier, and with better options than what I was able to see using the regular sites. This is the second time I have used them.
