3 people patted down in my group! I was patted down because of a belt and zipper. My wife was patted down because of a zipper on her shorts. We made it through MSP just fine, but BNA Nashville not so much. Not that big of a deal, but TSA should maybe figure it out! Consistency through out all TSA would be great!

I will give them one star because it’s impossible to give cero. I highly suggest soldiers to be careful with BNA TSA. I got my stuff taken or stolen from my check in bag, 3 coins that I was about to give to my soldiers. All this stuff was stolen and is difficult to get it back, they make you fill out like a thousands forms in order to get refunded for your stolen items, plus they are difficult to reach because they do not answered the phone and at the end of the day you spend more effort trying to get your refund. It’s the only airport that I encounter this situation, the only one that takes my military stuff twice. And I know it was TSA because last two times I found out the paper they left inside stating that they have to open my bag for check up. Please soldiers “Be careful in this airport with your military gear”…!! I hope at least their supervisor be aware and pay attention to the staff that opens the check in bags.

My carry on that fits in every other airports bin wouldn't fit in Nashvilles bin. And they wouldn't give me a chance to pull the wheels out. They kicked me out of the line and made me check it. My bag is within the carry on size.

I've traveled many places so I've had my fair share of dealing with TSA agents and never had any issues with any TSA agents in the past but the ones in Nashville are by far the worst I've ever encountered. I had my carry on in one bin, my jacket, phone and wallet in another. The first time they went thru TSA said I ran them thru wrong, fair enough maybe I did. So after about 10 minutes of my stuff just sitting by security TSA took both bins and ran them thru again but once again they went back to security and sat there. After about 5 minutes of sitting again I had asked what the issue was this time and TSA once again claimed they were run thru wrong. However they were the ones that ran them thru the 2nd time. I told them this and they told me to step over to the next line and they would run them thru there. After another 10 minutes my jacket comes out but not my carry on. 5 more minutes still no carry on and about 12 other peoples things have gone thru so I find the TSA agent that ran my things thru for the 3rd time and asked where my carry on was and her response was "I don't know I ran it thru." Eventually I located my carry on at a completely different line no thanks to TSA's help. This disorganization on TSA's behalf set me back about 40-45 minutes.

Flew through here July 2023 and will again in December. It was a very early morning and the line was out the door. They were implementing a new system at the time, but that did not stop them. They greeted me and my fiance with a smile when it was our turn. They were very personable and called me by name and told us to have a safe trip! I have never had that experience from Louisville or Cincinnati. We were on our way before we knew it. Our bag did end up getting lost that day, but had nothing to do with them! That was baggage claim and I doubt it was their fault either! As our flight ended up being delayed and cut our connection very short. As soon as we got on our next plane we were taking off.
