My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Tropicana Travel. Alma was very helpful in helping us put together and plan our Hawaii vacation. I had a problem with my seating situation on our flight over to Hawaii and I called to see if she could possibly help with this on our flight back home, she called United Airlines and they were able to upgrade our seats to ones with more leg room which made our trip home much more comfortable. We will continue to use Tropicana for our future travel needs and will recommend Alma to our family and friends that might need a travel agency in the future.

I traveled to Cancun for 846 .00 4 days it was amazing they are very good at what they do! I also went to Hawaii and i could not find my driver at the airport! But I called my agent and she tracked the driver down and got me to the correct driver for pick up!. I. love this agency so far its been a five star agency 😊
