Extremely disappointed with my experience using Visa. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful—I had an urgent issue with a fraudulent transaction, and it took days to get a response, let alone any resolution. I expected a lot more protection and support from such a big company. The process was slow, unclear, and frustrating. I felt completely left in the dark throughout the entire ordeal. The staff seemed unprofessional, often giving incomplete or confusing information. My application process was unnecessarily delayed due to their negligence, which caused me stress and uncertainty about my travel plans. Despite repeated follow-ups, I did not receive timely updates, and I felt that my concerns were ignored rather than addressed. For the fees they charge, I expected a much more reliable and supportive service. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver even the basic level of professionalism. I would not recommend their services to anyone who values their time, money, and peace of mind.

First time with Trinity. They took extremely good care of us. Good Hotels,food, suitable transport for the hills.all in all very happy with them. Pravin (Marketing) & Rahul (Tour Arrengement) both pepople are very co-operative and good and joshi driver good person. amazing,fab trip full enjoyed.

Trinity travels is the first name that comes to my mind for anything .i have been using their services from many yrs my recent international holiday was planned and executed by them. Must say staff is very well organised,promt and patient with their clients they even follow up when you are on holidays.hotels booked were very good i had issues with my connecting flights they were very quick to help.special mention Praveen,Santosh,Moin and Asmita. Thank you so much for making our holiday hassle-free and memorable. Will definitely recommend you guys.
