This is a rather small airport, about 8 gates spanning one city block. Two luggage carousels and a small TSA checkpoint. Because of its size, I found easy to access and navigate. Pre check is available and facility was clean and in good repair. The employee were respectful and professional. Efficient, no complaints here.. Overall it was a pleasant experience. They also have a play area for the children.

I'm giving 3 stars because I've flown out from this airport with American Airlines at least 3 times and always had a great experience. Unfortunately this was not one of them. My flight left at 5am, so I arrived at 3:30 with what I thought was (and has been before) plenty of time to print my bag tags and get my checked bag in order before the cutoff time at 4am. But none of the selfhelp kiosks were available for American Airlines... and there were only two bag lanes open. I got in line at 3:32 with about 10 groups ahead of me and again thought I was making good time... but every single group - couples, families, took nearly or over five minutes to process... just for buying and checking bags?? It took 30 minutes for me to move up about 9 spots in line. Once I got up in front of the line I was skipped over for priority first class passengers who didn't even have their IDs out or bags ready. Thankfully the lady was awesome enough to get me situated while they were finding their IDs. It took her all of 20 seconds to get my tag printed and take my bag. I literally can't imagine why it took so long for previous passengers but regardless it was extremely inefficient and I barely made the cut for checked bags...

Got to give this place a one star because I know they have spent a ton of money on this place for decades and you still have to walk out to plane like it’s the 1950’s. By going on the tarmac and them rolling some old stairs up the plane. They have improved, in the sense you have two stairs now….i guess. Plus they have this post modern looking airport design that in no way tells the community’s story. In the middle of the post modern looking they added some accents of industrial design that completely clashes with everything. There are hardly any chairs at the exits to meet your party and it is clear why, the ones here are just nasty looking and not taken care of so I suspect they toss them as they wear down when they could clearly just clean and flip the cushions. It just a dumb little place on the map that thinks they are all grand but in the end they have to much staff to run all them stairs you have to use. What a waste.

A small but very efficient airport. Everything is clearly marked, and the staff is friendly. Security moves quickly, and the waiting areas are clean and comfortable. Perfect for regional flights without the hassle of larger airports. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

A smaller airport that is easy to get in and out of without much stress. Parking is simple and security lines usually move quickly which makes traveling smoother compared to larger airports. The layout is straightforward, the staff is helpful, and the overall atmosphere feels calm. I also like having the option to grab a water bottle before getting on my flight.
