I am always looking for something fun to do so when Allie called and said, "Hey there is this great trip to Portugal, but you need to look quick because prices have been slashed" we were all over it!! Allie set us up and the trip exceeded our expectations. Allie set us up, helped us look at resources for currency, and was always available to answer our questions. She is patient and loves to travel herself so she is always happy to look for new experiences. I highly recommend her and Rita!

Allie steered us through a travel fiasco summer of 2023. We missed flights and ended up missing our planned vacation. She stuck through it with us. She was always available and quickly responsive to me, working with the resort and airlines to get us rescheduled, it was not an easy process but she persevered with a pleasant attitude and patience. We just got home from a wonderful trip!

We asked Rita to book our European vacation. We knew our destinations, but were a bit nervous about booking flights, trains and hotels and not messing something up (location, times, etc.). Rita did an excellent job listening to our ideas and requirements and tweaking until we came up with the perfect itinerary. Our hotels and locations were perfect! It was so amazing to walk out the door and be in the middle of the action. We felt safe at each location and the and it was so easy to walk to most of our destinations from the hotel. Rita laid out the best foundation for us. From there, we could easily add our activities to the trip. I would highly recommend Rita for your European vacation!

Allie and Rita are the MOST AMAZING travel agents in St. Charles. They have been able to help me plan multiple trips and they make it so easy. For someone like me who has little time to research flights, hotels, and activities, they do all of the hard work so that my family and I can enjoy our vacations. They do cruises as well as land travel. They are so responsive and I can't thank them enough. Can't wait to plan my next trip!

Allie and Rita provided the best service I've had from travel experts in a very long time. Everything we needed was taken care of and when questions arose, Allie was very prompt to respond, including reassuring us of flight updates due to the adverse weather conditions on our returning flight to the states. We were very pleased to find out reservations were made at our request for a special Valentine's dinner at the resort we were visiting in Cancun. Allie is outstanding to work with when planning a vacation. I highly recommend her services!
