Sham! Can never get anyone and currently cannot get my hotel reservation information sent to hotel. DO NOT USE them. Follow up. They now have cancelled my reservation. After two weeks of saying don’t worry all is fine. I’ll be reporting this company. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT use them for any travel!!!!

His customer service was outstanding! Very nice guyRoom was nice but smelled a little musty. Also door needs to be fixed on that room. Cut my finger a little trying to close it. Brought door to his attention and he said he was very sorry and would fix it. WAY better customer service than the Royal Inn in Claremont,NH! They were incompetent and called them out on it trying to make a reservation by phone. Couldn't do it. Tried to book through 3rd party and they emailed me and refused me a room. NEVER been treated that way before! Who does that in customer service? Very nice man at Claremont Motor Lodge!

My first accommodation booking with this company through a connection linked off the Trivago site. What transpired was an error of an over charge by them by 3x the actual cost to my credit card, but upon contacting TravelUp Bill Dawson immediately sent me an email correcting the transaction and issuing a credit back onto my card. I am delighted that this was achieved efficiently and quickly. Improvement could be better on being able to contact TravelUp by phone as there was some considerable wait but commendations as I was based in New Zealand and TravelUp was based in the UK. Well done TravelUp.

Travel up is nothing but a scam. I'll never use them ever again. Horrible customer service. I cancelled my reservation and explained why, I sent them a doctor's note stating my husband couldn't travel for 8 weeks. I asked for a refund, and they would send me the same email every time I asked for an update. They denied my refund, this place is nothing but a scam, I lost a pretty good amount of money. Horrible people to deal with. After I posted this review the hotel "owner" replies to my post and asked me to provide the receipt and note from the doctor. I sent him everything he asked to just send me the same stupid email that is just an automatic email saying you have been denied. Why asked to provide all of that so you can just deny my refund again. PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE; THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN...

I received great pricing from TravelUp for accommodations in Mauritius. In addition, once we arrived at the Tamarina Golf and Spa resort, due to one member of our party not being able to make it (we had paid for breakfast/dinner for them for a week at the hotel), Stella Brown, our representative at Travel Up quickly negotiated the inclusion of lunches at the hotel during our stay. Her service was prompt and effective and she kept us informed every step of the way. I was extremely pleased with the support we received from Stella and TravelUp.
