Stephanie was completely uncooperative while trying to cancel a flight. After numerous unanswered emails and voice messages I was finally able to get my questions answered by her supervisor.

Just stopped in to schedule a vacation with my family for Universal Studies for a week and. I was greeted with disdain before evening having a chance to discuss our second trip. The lady was beyond rude because it was a trip to Universal Studies Hollywood not Universal Studies Florida. I was then informed that they do not schedule any type of Vacation within California. I was shocked to be disregarded so quickly, because we were looking for first class airline tickets and a five star hotel on top of many other things my family wanted to experience after Universal Studious. We never even got to sit down and even make an appointment. Mariann Adcock was beyond rude and unprofessional.

We all hope we won't need to interrupt a trip because of a medical emergency, but if it happens and you have the Travel Shoppe you are in great hands. We were two days into a three-week European vacation when my wife fell ill and we needed to come home. I emailed Cheri (Travel Shoppe President) at two in the morning and by 6:30 am California time we had our flights rebooked and were headed home. She and her company have always been great travel agents, but now I know they are equally good in an emergency. They get five stars from me in every category!

My wife and I recently returned from a trip to France and Spain. It was our first international journey. I was nervous about trying to plan a trip like this on my own, from booking flights, hotels, excursions, transportation, etc. I was referred to Cheri, at Travel Shoppe, and she made it very easy. We had to trip of a lifetime. Cheri was great. I emailed her numerous times with questions and concerns, and she responded within minutes. Next time we plan a trip like this, I'll contact Cheri do the hard work for us.

Becca was super awesome and patient. She was knowledgeable about the cruise and Miami and continued to provide support and help when needed. I would use her again and again. Thank you soo much.
