She organized, booked and provide us will all the information and arrangements including seat selections for the flights and stateroom for the Viking river cruise. Jenya helped us with selecting Tulips and Windmills cruise in Netherlands and Belgium that was absolutely amazing. She actually found us a deal with better price than we saw online. Are you wondering if you need a travel agent? Yes, you do. Jenya is fabulous to work with. She helped me with a very complicated trip to Greece. We had seven people coming and going on various days over the course of nearly three weeks, staying in multiple locations including Athens, and the islands. We needed international and domestic flights, rental cars, and ferries and stayed in something like 7 different hotels/apartments. Having a Jenya as our travel agent was such a game changer, I appreciated her organization and how easy to work with she was. Jenya was super helpful with the planning of my family's trip to Spain. She had a lot of knowledge about the different areas of Spain and what we might want to see and do there, and how long we should spend of our 12-day trip in which areas. She helped us pick tours that her prior clients had liked, and they were all great! She also helped us with hotels, and purchasing our train tickets between cities.
