Horrible! Bait and switch with no recourse. I booked on Excellence Punta Cana's website and decided to go with travel package to include flight. Nowhere does it tell you that you are switched to third party which is this company. Once I booked my package I noticed that the room I chose was downgraded. I spent all night and three hours the next morning trying to resolve with no help. The only options I had was to pay an extra $400 to change/upgrade my room, although the room is only $120 more on the website, or cancel altogether and try to book again for the quoted price on website, but then I lose my flights I chose which doesn't work for me.

TSI was amazing with my initial booking of a trip to Toronto. Then, when I forgot my passport for flying out of LAX, was forced to go back to OC to get it, and needed to change my flight, Sheri was incredible in helping me find a solution when I was extremely stressed out. So happy to have booked with you guys!

I bought a vacation my time lapsed because of covid so they kept my money and keep calling and harassing me to rebuy the vacation with more add ons when I say I don't want to spend more cash they start screaming at me and insulting me this has been going on off and on for over a year makes me sick to my stomach got a free $500 out of me then insult me and scream at me when I don't want anything to do with there deals these people are a scam and the rudest ever
