Everything was customized to our amenity requests and price range. The hotels were both exceptional and reasonably priced. There was not a single thing that went wrong -- from the hotel / airport transfers, the daily excursions, the restaurant recommendations-- everything went exactly as we had hoped. Throughout the whole process, Pam was extremely accessible, and answered all of my neurotic questions promptly and pleasantly. I have not worked with a travel agent before, but received this recommendation from a coworker. We will definitely use them again on our next trip!

We have been using Travel Reports for over 30 years I have worked with both Mark and Pam but mostly Pam over the past 15 years.We usually travel 4-6 times a year as our grandchildren live out of state and we do 2 other vacations We love working with Pam she is very knowledgeable and professional.She is extremely responsive to our requests and sometimes I think I must drive her crazy with my questions and changes.Pam is always patient and treats everyone with respect .I have been there when the phones have been ringing off the hooks and Pam has been so kind and patient with callers She has been so helpful in getting our family back and forth across the country and has helped with group vacations.
