** Update, per insurance company they aren’t holding my funds, then who is and if it’s Jasmine why haven’t you refunded my money knowing I didn’t take the trip… see email below from insurance company!!!! If I could give zero stars I certainly would, I was unable to travel due to inconclusive covid test in December of 2021 and was asked to disembark from the plane, no results would come back in enough time to allow my husband and I to successfully connect with our tour group. I immediately contacted Jasmine to find out how to start the process of getting of money refunded, I left several messages, I received an email response with a claim form and a list of documents to be sent to the insurance company. I sent it all numerous times, the statement from the travel agent was NEVER sent, correspondence from the insurance company was sent to her instead of me because she listed her address on the claim instead of mine and didn’t even give me the courtesy of letting me know that she had been contacted. I had no clue they were even reaching out, Jasmine has provided little or no assistance in getting the claim resolved, not even writing the statement as the agent. Pathetic, our funds are basically being held hostage because we would never book with her again, I guess if your trip went as planned then kudos to you, when they don’t go as planned her assistance is non existent and with the history of Covid-19 over the last two years it’s possible that trips won’t go as planned. Spare yourself the hassle and book your own trip, Travel Life Services and Travel Insured certainly won’t do anything to help you get your funds returned!!
