In January this year we had made up our minds to go to Austria in April 2025. This wasn't our first time visiting Europe since we had already been to Switzerland and Paris a couple of years ago, for which Travel Castle had made all the arrangements for us. So of course this time around too, we knew exactly where to go for planning our tour. My husband and son do not like travelling in large group tours, so we prefer a good custom-made package for ourselves, which is neither too rushed nor too extravagant, and this time too, the people at Travel Castle went all the way to help us achieve that. It's a small travel agency run by two dedicated sisters Bansi and Heena, who advise you on everything perfectly, just like true friends, but at the same time patiently try to accommodate even your quirkiest demands so that you feel thoroughly satisfied with the final outcome. They did everything for us right from helping us with the Visa process, making hotel accommodations (as per our choice of budget and distance from the station or city centre, which to be honest is never an easy job), private car travel arrangements, city passes, helpful links of what public transport to take and entry tickets to select attractions. Moreover, Bansi was always available on the phone when we were travelling, taking care that we do not face any major issues in a foreign land. They have great tie-ups with hotels in Europe and take care of every little detail to the best extent possible. Out and out it has been a brilliant experience for us, all thanks to Travel Castle. So whenever we think of travelling to a foreign land, Travel Castle is most definitely the tour operator of choice for all of us.
