These folks helped me after an awful start to my day! They helped me box my item for an amazon return and helped me when stuck at printing. Please recognize their hard work and care to help their customers. I live farther away so I won't be back any time soon. Im really grateful for the crew. 10 stars!

Worst ups service ever. Manager is never at the office. I tried calling them to get my claim number for the damaged package they sent me and yet no response, no reply to so many of my emails. They mailed me after my review on google saying your claim is submitted and you will get the documents in a week but it's been more than 10-12 days and I haven't heard from them and I haven't even received any reply for the 10-15 mails that I sent them

Employees are always closing the systems early when doors are still open has happen several times!!! Please look into this as it’s unfair and is within your business working hours.
