I would add zero stars if possible. I cannot stress this enough— PLEASE do not book through Travoport. You WILL be scammed!!! I booked a flight, and was told via email that my E-tickets and airline confirmation would be sent in a separate email— that never happened. I called the number provided; they tried to upgrade my flight and have me pay way more money. All I wanted was verification for what I had originally booked. After declining upgrades, I was told I would receive my E-tickets and verification within two hours— that never happened either. I called again the next day and was given the run-around. This ultimately resulted in me calling my bank to cancel my card and order a new one. PLEASE do not fall for their foolishness!

They are a total scam and I spent an entire day dealing with their dishonest ways of booking my flight. They quote a low price on the front page to draw you in and then after you receive your email stating Booking Successful. DON'T BELIEVE IT. They will call to say that they need to find you another flight for additional monies. I literally spent hours on this to try to get my $$ back. I will never us another business to purchase my airline tickets. I don't know how they are able to stay in business. They need to be investigated and shut down.

Yeah…. This is a scam. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with these people. The listing on their website is not even for tickets. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THEIR WEBSITE. The same thing everyone is saying happens is what happened to me. (Booking confirmation email and then follow up email and call saying I needed to pay more for a Guaranteed ticket) I was able to get out of it by threatening to SUE them if they charged me. I had to lock my card. It’s too good to be true for sure. Just book by trusted airline sites. Twas a bummer :/

Buyer Beware! They don’t guarantee the flight you thought you booked! If you’re willing to change times/dates, they might be able to find something close to what you wanted. They are a 3rd party company - better to book through a reputable site. The only way they would cancel is if I booked directly through the airline- which was $150 more. It felt like I had been scammed. Also, very difficult to understand the employees “helping” me. Date of experience: July 19, 2025

I do not recommend! Booked a flight only to have an email come back saying to call because the flight is booked had no seats at the discount price anymore. They offered other times but not times not at all in the same departure time. No refunds because, as the manager stated, the website apparently states a disclaimer that all sales are final even though discounts given may not be final. Ridiculous. So no refund. I was on the phone with them for an hour and a half trying to find another flight or else I would be out money. Ended up finding another flight, at an airport an hour away, and paying an extra $300. I truly feel like this is a scam to get people to see a discount, knowing that the discount isn't valid and upsetting.
