Worst group of people in the industry zero stars! Long waits and nobody helping customers. They service United, delta and United as well as other airlines. Last time coming here, have to look for other options for my air cargo.

Horrible experience every time. Long unnecessary waits. Staff is rude. I will continue to advise my customers to ship elsewhere.

Always slow to process anything. Most staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. It's never easy when dealing with this place . Always the most difficult out of all the shopping places i pick up at. And currently still require masks even though the vaccine is out. And they say it is federal law. Its not, they will hold your stuff hostage over a mask. That should be illegal. I pay for it, its my stuff.

Only 2 docks for 11 airlines!!! Stay away from this place, especially with a semi-truck!!!

Definitely not open 24 hours like it says. Wasted my time going to pick up a package only for them to be closed.

Worst cargo area in the airport! You walk in and they don’t even acknowledge you. Literally no one knew the mail man came in because they don’t even look up when you walk in(The mailman basically waved the mail and one of the employees faces so They can acknowledge him and take the mail)! It’s like this every time. I understand joking around with your coworkers, but I do not believe a white man should be openly calling a black woman skittles in front of everyone I think at minimum we should save that for when customers are not in the building! I gave one star because the ramp worker are actually good people and work hard for what I see. So to summit up Horrible customer service super long wait time and I would suggest if you have to do a cargo drop off, choose any other airline then Swissport!
