Got there at 5am trying to be the first in line for Southwest, Swissport manage them in miami, The rep came in at 6:15am and even took her time to open her computer. To my bad luck i asked United rep for Southwest rep, at the same time she was walkng in. She hardeyed me for my comment. This was on July 17 2025.

I use airport cargo weekly in cities all around the country by far this one takes exceptionally longer to process and get you in and out than any other place most other cities I am in takes me an average of 5 to 15 minutes to get in and out this place takes me 40 minutes to an hour plus on a regular basis only recommend using them if you have to. Plan ahead to wait and be there a little while With that being said all employees are very pleasant to work with but they either need more employees or a new system of getting people in and out of there especially when they’re only there to check in or pick up one piece of cargo

This company runs the cargo shipping for Southwest in Miami. They are THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. They will charge you for your cargo to be picked up after 24hours even if its a holiday. NO other Southwest Cargo locations do this! GO TO FLL AND SEND YOUR CARGO. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING FROM MIA SOUTHWEST CARGO AND THIS HORRIBLE THIRD PARTY.

They are all about fees. Seems like greed is their priority, or perhaps they get bonuses when there are bunch of extra fees. To get someone on the phone sometimes is kind of tough.

Arrived 11 am on Saturday with full truck load...get dock right away...unloaded within 1 hour... very friendly people here.. on check in and in warehouse.
