Flight was on time even with this government shutdown mess! The staff were very friendly, making hospitality as comfortable as possible. Even though there were tons of kids and babies on the flight, I didn't think it was too loud. The airplane is loud, so I guess I can tune people noise out. Last, but not least, it was a smooth ride the whole way.

The flight is late and is causing nearly half of the passengers to miss their connecting flight. I called Sun Country to ask about compensation for the missed connecting flight and an extremely rude young man told me that I was out of luck and there would be no compensation for me having to book another flight with another carrier.

Jason Boya at Sun Country is a great guy who is helpful & courteous to customers. He helped get that boarding pass printed quickly & seemed sensible but stressed out. Anyways, everything turned out. Sun Country, what a great airline company! I came to see my girl in AZ & attend a family event. Rivera at security was extremely helpful & polite & content. Order picker doing a vacation expedition to have some fun & blow off steam. Eric at the plane entry was fine

This one star rating for the heavier black man with short dark hair at the Sun Country check-in KIOSK- NOT the actual airline itself. We were not able to check in online. Rushed, we walked up to the check-in desk where this HORRENDOUS Sun Country representative was leaning back in his chair, eyes glued to his phone scrolling on social media. We stood in front of this man for roughly 12 seconds before we cleared our throats to catch his attention. He slowly looked up at us annoyed and immediately said “we’re closed”. We tried to explain our situation and he said “not my problem, I don’t know what to tell ya. Maybe try downloading the app” and went right back on his phone. NEVER have we experienced such poor customer service in our entire lives. The sheer audacity that this terrible African American employee had to not be helpful, to not be attentive to his surroundings, and to straight up present Sun Country Airlines as a lazy company that won’t help its customers was jaw dropping and simply appalling. It was so clear that we were an inconvenience to this employee and how dare we ask for help from him and take him away from his mindless cell phone usage. Sun Country, we highly advise you to investigate the worst employee we’ve ever come across in your company’s history and to retrain him on his people skills. Whoever was “working” at the check-in kiosk on July 30th 2024 at 5PM MST needs to be put on notice and taught how to properly represent this fine airline.

The plane was dirty and the service was absolutely terrible. There was a man screaming on the plane and no flight attendants did a thing about it. This flight was also at midnight with kids which were much better behaved then the man with so self awareness. I wish the flight staff would have at least told him to be quieter. It seemed at though the flight attendants couldn’t be bothered. I will never fly sun country again.
