Great boat to go diving with. The captain will look for a best place based on weather conditions. Dive master, Alina and the crew, will get you safely in and out of the water. The kitchen had breakfast, coffee, snacks, lunch, and dessert.. Bring your own gear to save money or rent on board. They will fill your air tank for all dives. I had two trips so far with the boat and plan on going again. Thank you.

It is easy to book a place on the Spectre on their website. The crew was truly helpful and welcoming. The dive site briefs were really helpful. My friend and I had an amazing day with 3 good dives. Also the food was so tasty!

A truly professional group that makes your diving experience unforgettable. I had an amazing time with them and would highly recommend it. The only small improvement could be clearer signs in the parking lot to make it easier to find the boat—especially at 5 a.m., when it’s difficult to ask anyone for directions. Overall, it was an outstanding, first-class experience.

We loved our dive trip out to Anacapa. Lots of spiny lobster, horn sharks, rays, seals, and so many fish. We especially loved sitting in the boat hot tub eating brownie sundaes from the crew.

Totally exceeded expectations… Again! After three days of steady rain in Santa Barbara, we were skeptical about whether we would even be able to dive. The Spectre crew felt confident that the weather would clear enough for a decent day of diving. Once we got on the Leeward side of Anacapa everything was calm and we had some of the best visibility and animal interactions I’ve experienced in 20 years. We took us to well protected Marine preserves that were full of life. The crew crew is always attentive, through and professional. I personally love the full service approach… Breakfast, snacks, lunch, and ice cream brownie sundaes to top it off. On board Jacuzzi to take the chill off between dives. My only complaint is that some of their rental gear is in pretty bad shape… Wetsuits with worn out knees (you have to kneel to get out on the swim step ) and no strap to pull up the zipper, BCs without functioning Velcro to keep the tank straps down, weight belts that are worn and frayed and are not adjustable… Otherwise, hat’s off to the entire crew!
