This is the 2nd day I have been promised the same delivery between 1-5pm and no one has called or showed up with the delivery. I called today at 5pm and spoke to a female that told me the driver's truck was stuck in a ditch and that is why I would not receive my delivery today. Not 5 minutes later, I received a call from the driver and he said he could make the delivery in 30 minutes. I asked him if he was stuck in a ditch today and he said no. So, I was lied to. Yesterday, I was promised delivery of 3 appliances. The driver said he only had 2 of the items and the 3rd item wasn't on the truck. I would never use ANY company that uses "Special" Service Freight in the future. They give a whole new meaning to "special". Can you post less than 1 star?

Terrible service. Website says 08:00 Am to 05:00 PM but they don't service untill 09:00 am apparently. Staff were not courtioes.

Company scheduled a time block of 4pm-8pm delivery. No one showed, no phone call or email about why. If I hadn’t have called to inquire, not sure when I would have been contacted. Very poor service in my opinion
